Registration and Profile Information:

When you sign up for a user account or register to use our Services, we ask you for your Personal Information to create your profile and verify your identity, including:

• Identity Data: first name, last name, airman certificate number, date of birth, medical details (e.g., med class, med exp), certificates, ratings, flight summary.
• Contact Data: address, and email address.
• Profile Data: your email and password, your App login information, items posted on the App, Employment history, logbook data, your aircrafts, and additional information (e.g., your medical information, your insurance details, etc).
• Usage Data: information about how you use the App and related services.
• Marketing and Communications Data: your preferences in receiving marketing from us and third parties and your communication preferences.

B. Information We Collect Automatically When You Use our Services

Usage Information:

To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve it, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, such as the session or other content you access through the app, the searches you conduct for aircrafts on the app, and the dates and times of your sessions.

Location Information:

When you use our Services, we may infer your general location information. For example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region. We use this data to provide features of our Services and to improve and customize our Services. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Services at any time by way of your device settings.

To enable future functionality, if you allow us, we will receive your precise location information. Precise location information will support functionality including flight logging, detailed analysis of your flight time, etc. This information can be collected and used to assist in creating pilot logbook entries. We may also collect mobile sensor data from mobile, such as speed, and altitude to improve flight time accuracy and analyze usage patterns.

Camera Information:

When you use our Services, we may infer your camera information. For example, you can capture your Pilot's Certificate. We use this data to provide features of our Services and to improve and customize our Services. You can enable or disable camera services when you use our Services at any time by way of your device settings.

To enable future functionality, if you allow us, we will receive your camera information. Camera information will support functionality including Pilot's Certificate storage, detailed analysis of your certificate. This information can be collected and used to assist in creating pilot logbook entries.

C. Information We Receive from Third Parties

Other Third Parties:

We may receive additional information about you, such as pilot information and experience, from third parties, such as Flying Organizations, airlines, or aviation partners, and combine it with other information we have about you.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the Personal Information we collect:

• To provide, update, maintain, and enhance our Services;
• To test and develop new products, services, and features;
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services when you choose to do so;
• For marketing and advertising purposes, such as developing and providing promotional and advertising materials that may be relevant, valuable, or otherwise of interest to you;
• To communicate with you, provide you with updates and other information relating to our Services, provide information that you request, respond to comments and questions, and otherwise provide customer support;
• To find and prevent fraud, and respond to trust and safety issues that may arise;

Your Choices

• Do Not Track: There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
• Third Parties: Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate ("Third-Party Services"). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies or other content of these Third-Party Services.
