Welcome to AeroAeroLogiclogic, LLC ("AeroLogic," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our applications, website, or services that link to these Terms of Service (collectively, our "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete the account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroLogic and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• your use or inability to use the Services;
• any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services;
• any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; and/or
• any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If we make a material revision, we will attempt to notify you through our services, by email, or by other means before the new terms take effect. We will determine what constitutes a material change at our sole discretion.
